Here’s the thing about creativity – it doesn’t play by the rules. I learned this firsthand when I got kicked out of my design program in college for being "too creative." (Yes, really. A design program said that.)

It should have crushed me. Instead, it lit a fire.

Because here’s what I realized: the best ideas, the ones that actually make an impact? They don’t come from following someone else’s playbook. They come from having the courage to question everything and the strategic mind to turn those questions into real change.
